Mandeep Singh
Mandeep is a keen Physiotherapist with over 10 years’ experience. He completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University in 2008 and has since gained valuable knowledge and experience in both private practice and aged care. He has extensive clinical experience in the treatment of acute and chronic conditions and specialises in helping people manage chronic pain. He has a special interest in musculoskeletal, sports and Aged Care rehabilitation and is passionate about how physiotherapy, exercise and a holistic approach to therapy can assist his clients to achieve their goals, improve wellbeing and quality of life.
Mandeep takes pride in his patient-centred, hands on physiotherapy treatment. It involves a detailed injury assessment and making sure the patients understand the nature and severity of their injury. What does hands on treatment means to patient; mobilisation, massage, strain counter-strain technique, stretching, etc. At the end, Mandeep will provide an exercise program that empowers you to continue and/or complete your physio at home.
Rupinder Kaur Dhillon
Rupinder Kaur Dhillon completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy and worked as a physiotherapist with over 10 years’ experience both in Australia and oversea. Rupinder is passionate about Women’s Health (including pelvic floor issues, and osteoporosis). She has completed short courses on Women’s Health and Continence, and Dry Needling. She has been working in private practice, with a special interest in treating back, neck and shoulder injury.
